Inventory of and proposal for the strategy ‘Pharma research and development’ at the Fraunhofer Verbund Life Sciences

ASPIRAS Project Consulting in Pharma and Biotech took inventory of a future-orientated strategy in pharma research and development for the Fraunhofer Verbund Life Sciences (VLS). A basis for the strategic alignment of the VLS was established by the analysis of the services offered by the associated institutes, the validation of the service offerings of single institutes and a survey on customer needs in pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies. The analysis and the proposal for a strategy development presented by ASPIRAS is based on the substantial competences of the FhG-VLS and considers the trends in modern biomedical research in particular. The ASPIRAS experts who were in charge of developing the strategic concept made a professional job. We were very pleased with the prompt, flexible and competent collaboration.
